Frank Gangi, MBA President has a Bachelor in economics from UCLA and a Masters of Business Administration with an Emphasis on Real Estate Finance from USC has been working with the company since 1984. Frank oversees all pre-development functions, new construction, rehabilitating, financing and marketing of the company.

Established in 1947 in Southern California, we are a three generation family run business known for being able to provide a unique approach by drawing from many specializations in order to fit the need of any individual project.  We work on many different types of projects and in all aspects of the design and build process.  In our company, each family member is an expert in their respective field. We’ve been in business for almost 70 years working in diverse areas for clients such as site acquisition and feasibility studies, planning and architecture, construction and construction management, and property management.  Since the inception of our accommodating and flexible firm, we have provided value to our investors while revitalizing community health.  Our LEED Platinum projects demonstrate we are committed to a focus on sustainability and environment.  Unlike many of our competitors who operate in a one-size-fits-all category, we use a custom, personal approach based on client or community needs.  As the company is self-contained, we can assure expedited work, while retaining the highest level of quality that will endure and thrive over time.  We manage both commercial and residential properties in Southern California. We maintain exceptionally high occupancy rates for commercial space, which demonstrates our successful management. The commercial properties we manage include restaurants, dance studios, day spas and business offices. We also manage over 250 residential units of affordable Senior housing that have maintained a 100% occupancy rate. These homes allow senior citizens walking distance to amenities, also large open plazas with landscaping areas for private gardens.
