Frank Craighill

Frank is responsible for managing all phases of the development process, from initial underwriting and programming, to entitlements, design, and construction for the company’s development pipelines in Washington, D.C., New York City, South Carolina and other targeted markets. Frank has nearly a decade of experience managing complex commercial real estate development projects totaling over $1.3 billion, including over 2,700 + residential units, 1 million square feet of office space, 350 hotel keys, and 240,000 square feet of retail space. Frank received his MBA with a concentration in finance from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
