Francesco P Carriera

Francesco P. Carriera is an Executive Vice President at CBRE Capital Markets. He leads the firm’s multifamily investment sales platform in the Tampa Bay and West Florida markets. Francesco specializes in mid to large multifamily asset dispositions for both major private and institutional sellers in West Florida.

Prior to joining CBRE, Francesco and Michael P. Regan formed Carriera Regan in 2009 – a national multifamily advisory group of Marcus & Millichap and its institutional property division, Institutional Property Advisors. Francesco and Michael have over 37 years of combined multifamily brokerage advisory experience in the Southeastern United States and closed in excess of $2 billion in multifamily sales representing over 35,000 multifamily units and 300 transactions. They both consistently ranked in the top 20 within Marcus & Millichap’s National Multi Housing Group and in the top 40 within Marcus & Millichap’s 1,800+ brokers nationwide. In 2018, Francesco and Michael, along with their team of 13 other professionals, joined CBRE Capital Markets.

Francesco is also a member of the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors and the Bay Area Apartment Association. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance degree from the University of South Florida.
