Ford Price is co-founder and Managing Partner of Price Edwards and Company. In that capacity, he is responsible for the overall growth, direction, and profitability of the commercial real estate services firm. Price Edwards and Company was founded in 1988 and has grown to become the most recognized commercial real estate firm in Oklahoma. Through its Oklahoma City and Tulsa offices, it manages roughly 100 office, retail, industrial and multifamily properties across the state, as well as in Texas, Kansas, and Arkansas. The firm also has leasing and/or sales listings on another 200 properties. It has closed over $5 billion in real estate transactions. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, he directly oversees the firm’s office and investment sales divisions to assure all leasing, sales, property management and construction activities are effectively protecting and enhancing the value of all client owned commercial assets. The firm has worked with some of the largest and most sophisticated clients across the United States over his 35-year commercial real estate career. He has personally handled over 100 investment sales transactions for a variety of institutional, corporate, and local commercial real estate investors. He has also served as court-appointed receiver on numerous office, retail, industrial and multifamily assets on defaulted loans ranging from $1 million to $95 million for banks, life insurance companies, and pension funds. Current and past board position include the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, the YMCA of Central Oklahoma where he also served as chairman, St Anthony Hospital Foundation, Church of the Servant, the Downtown Business Improvement District where he also served as chairman and Downtown OKC, Inc.
