Bio
Florence Rosen is the President of RAMC and General Partner, Investor, Manager and Developer of shopping centers and industrial and commercial properties. Her experience includes a broad range of disciplines such as tenant relations, advertising and promotion, maintenance programs, renovations, zoning approvals, accounting functions, tax certioraris, and legal matters. Interested in education, the arts, and military families, she is the Co-founder of the Florence and Robert A. Rosen Family Wellness Center located at North Shore/Long Island Jewish Hospital and is a board member of The Brooklyn College Foundation. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Fisher House Foundation Inc. and Roundabout Theater. A graduate of Brooklyn College, Florence is a licensed New York State Broker and holds various real estate certificates, including the ICSC designation of Certified Shopping Center Manager. She and her husband, Robert A. Rosen, have four married children and thirteen grandchildren.
