Bio
As a vice president of Lionstone’s Acquisitions team, Fernando Urrutia is responsible for acquisitions, sourcing and structuring acquisition opportunities in Austin, Dallas and Houston. Previously he was responsible for value-add and core portfolio asset management. Prior to joining Lionstone in 2011, Mr. Urrutia was a vice president at CB Richard Ellis in midtown Manhattan. During his tenure in New York, he specialized in Class A office while representing a variety of different landlords. He received a B.A. in History from The University of Texas at Austin.
