Fernando Perez

Fernando Perez serves as Vice President of Acquisitions for Sunstone Properties Trust. In this role, Fernando is responsible for sourcing and executing new acquisition opportunities. He works closely with senior management and equity partners in defining investment strategy, coordinating due diligence, developing business plans, structuring financing, and leading acquisitions through closing. Prior to joining Sunstone Properties Trust, Fernando spent four years at Bridge Investment Group. In this role as an Associate of Investments, he was responsible for the acquisition, asset management and investment strategy of multifamily assets in the southeast region of the United States. He has experience in over $1 billion of multifamily real estate transactions and asset managed a portfolio of 5,000 units. Prior to Bridge, he worked at Goldman Sachs in their Real Estate Research group and specialized in REITs, global brands, and standalone assets. Fernando received a B.S. in Economics and a Minor in Business Administration from Brigham Young University.
