Fabian Iobbi

Fabian Iobbi joined Kor in November 2004. His background in both residential and commercial construction soundly complements Kor’s real estate development product types. During his tenure at Kor, Fabian has been responsible for the design, entitlements and construction for ground-up development, adaptive re-use development and renovation of over 2,000 residential units with a combined value of over $500 million, 1,250 hotel units with a combined value of over $450 million and 350,000 SF of office with combined value of $60 million. In his role, he has managed budgeting, schedule, entitlements, master planning, design and construction. Prior to joining Kor, Fabian was a Project Manager for McCarthy Building Companies, managing all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, procurement, schedule, and quality control. He holds a master’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from California State University.
