Evan is a senior managing director in the New York office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. He was a founding member of HFF's New York office, which opened in 1994. Evan's focus involves debt and equity placement transactions, including fixed-rate, floating-rate, construction, capital, equity joint ventures and structured finance. Throughout his career, he's raised more than $10 billion of real estate capital on behalf of institutional and entrepreneurial clients.

Before joining HFF, Evan was a managing director at Walter & Samuels, Inc., and a vice president with the Real Estate Capital Group at Bear Stearns & Co.
