Evan Mallah

Mr. Mallah has worked in the real estate industry over for 20 years and was originally trained as a real estate lawyer at Bryan Cave. During his time as a practicing lawyer, Mr. Mallah focused on all areas of real estate law including acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, financing and joint ventures. Mr. Mallah met Mr. Walker at a Goldman Sachs funded real estate technology start-up during 2000-2001. In the middle of 2003, Mr. Mallah joined Mr. Walker at Enterprise Asset Management, Inc. as the Vice President of Real Estate and Acquisitions, and was subsequently promoted to Executive Vice President at the beginning of 2006. Enterprise is a privately owned real estate and investment company based in New York City that owns a multi-billion dollar portfolio of real estate and other assets throughout the United States. Mr. Mallah’s primary real estate responsibilities included the sourcing and execution of new business, implementation of redevelopment and value enhancement projects, and establishing and maintaining joint venture relationships. Mr. Mallah obtained his B.A. from the University of Rochester in 1995 and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1998.
