Evan is a Senior Managing Director in the Seattle office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, where he is part of the Healthcare Capital Market's Group. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 14 years of experience. He serves as an advisor specializing in outpatient medical office and healthcare capital markets transactions, including investment sale advisory, portfolio monetization strategies, debt placement, joint venture equity and structured finance. His clients range from domestic and global public and private institutions, developers, high-net-worth family offices and healthcare systems and providers. Evan has executed transactions in excess of $5 billion dollars on behalf of his clients, including several notable assignments such as the sale of Memorial Hermann Medical Plaza, the largest ever single-asset medical office sale and CNL Medical Office Portfolio, a $1.25 billion multi-region medical office portfolio transaction.

Evan joined HFF in December 2014. Prior to that, he worked in the healthcare capital markets groups of Newmark Knight Frank and Marcus & Millichap. Evan is a frequent industry speaker and a member of the Healthcare Real Estate Insights Editorial Advisory Board. After a 13-year stint in San Diego, he has returned to Seattle, where he and his family currently reside.
