Evan Geeb

van Geeb has been involved with the acquisition, disposition, development and operations of over 1,400 multifamily units ($280MM in aggregate). He has assisted with $85 million of limited partner equity raising needed for acquisitions of existing properties as well as ground-up developments.

Mr. Geeb oversees the sourcing, underwriting, financing and closing of new investments including acquisitions, dispositions, and developments. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Southern California in the Marshall School of Business with a minor in Real Estate Finance. He received his MBA from the Graziadio Business School at Pepperdine University.

In his free time, you can find Evan enjoying the many activities that Santa Barbara has to offer—mainly surfing, playing tennis, and golfing.
