Evan Bell is a co-founder and principal of Unity Capital. Having previously served as an executive at one of the nation's largest private real estate bridge lenders, Mr. Bell began his career as a real estate finance attorney representing large financial institutions including Morgan Stanley, Barclays, Lehman Brothers and Wachovia Bank in connection with mortgage and mezzanine loan financings aggregating in excess of $10 billion.
