Bio
Ethan joined Lincoln Property Company in 2012. In his current role as Vice President, he is responsible for the underwriting and financial analysis of prospective acquisition and development opportunities. Additionally, he leads all due diligence processes and supports joint venture formations and debt placement. Ethan also assists with asset management activities and monitors the value of existing investments by performing short and long-term analyses on property level returns. Over the course of his career at LPC, Ethan has been involved with closing two million square feet of acquisitions and developments totaling over $700 million.
Ethan began his career with Coldwell Banker, where he was an Associate with the Urban Communities division. His responsibilities included research, marketing and project analysis. He currently holds his MA Salespersons license and is an active member of NAIOP, BOMA and a certified ARGUS professional.
A graduate of Middlebury College, Ethan and his wife live in Boston’s Beacon Hill neighborhood.
