Bio

Mr. Eron Sodie is a Founding Principal of Mosaic Realty Partners where he focuses on direct investment in commercial real estate in the Mid-Atlantic. Prior to forming Mosaic, Sodie had been a Principal of WCP since 2010 where he had focused on distressed commercial/residential debt and investment. Prior to WCP, he served as Senior Vice President of iStar Financial where he oversaw the firm’s commercial real estate structured finance and investment activities in the Mid-Atlantic. Prior to iStar’s acquisition of the commercial division of Fremont Investment & Loan in July 2007, Sodie served as Vice President, Regional Manager of Fremont’s Mid-Atlantic office. During his nine-year tenure with Fremont, Mr. Sodie was directly involved in the origination, structuring and asset management of $4.0 billion in structured finance investments for large-scale real estate developments. In Sodie’s tenure at iStar/Fremont, he was directly involved in over 100 transactions. From 1993 to 1998, Sodie worked on distressed debt opportunities and asset management for The J.E. Robert Companies and The Archon Group in a joint venture with Goldman Sachs’ Whitehall Funds where he performed acquisition and asset management duties on distressed whole loan/REO portfolios purchased from a variety of commercial banks, thrifts and life companies. Sodie’s direct asset management responsibilities included a $100 million portfolio of Northeast office and flex properties purchased from TIAA where he formulated asset reposition strategies, budgeting, leasing and capital improvement plans. Sodie holds an M.B.A from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from University of Maryland. Sodie is married
