Erin Zitelli-Davis

Erin specializes in hotel site selection, brokerage, and development. She has developed relationships across the major hotel brands including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Choice, as well as, several boutique branded hotels. Her continued success is a direct correlation to her past experiences as a homebuilder, retail business owner, and successful marketing/sales professional for a Fortune 500 company. Erin enjoys taking part in helping clients grow their business, and understands, first-hand, that selecting the ideal location at the right economics is critical for the hospitality business. She also enjoys the challenge and creativity that is demanded in finding opportunities for development or redevelopment in various markets. Erin is licensed in North and South Carolina and is a member of ICSC and CCIM. Erin obtained her Master of Industrial Design from North Carolina State University and undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Design at James Madison University. Erin has lived in Charlotte, NC since 2004, and is the proud mom of two amazing teenagers.
