Erin Morales, a Senior Vice President at CBRE in Austin, specializes in assisting corporate clients with their office and mission critical real estate needs.
Mrs. Morales began her commercial real estate career in CBRE's research department. Within a year, she moved to the tenant representation team as a marketing specialist and then became an Associate broker the following year. As an Associate, Mrs. Morales contributed to enough transactions to earn a Senior Associate title in two years. Today, her participation in the successful closings of lease and sale transactions totaling in excess of 4.2 million square feet has propelled her into an upper-level position within the team and garnered consistent industry recognition as one of the top tenant representation professionals in the Austin MSA.
Mrs. Morales prides herself on excellent customer service, offering a full-service approach to her clients. While focusing on tenant representation, she has also successfully represented many companies in the need to dispose of excess space by way of sublease. Further, she specializes in the acquisition and disposition of mission critical real estate, such as data centers, telecommunication sites and call centers.
