Erin Coupe is a Vice President at CBRE focused on Occupier Advisory & Transactions Services. In this role, Erin represents companies in the downtown Chicago office market and provides strategic advice on their commercial real estate portfolios. Her brand within the industry, knowledge of workplace strategy and professional background is a substantial resource for the team.
Prior to joining CBRE, Erin was an Associate Principal and Director of Business Development at Solomon Cordwell Buenz (SCB) in the Chicago area. Responsible for generating office development and interiors revenue growth, Erin successfully increased the firm’s market share with her efforts, resulting in a 400 percent growth of SCB’s interiors practice and two million square feet of office development opportunities.
Erin’s career began on Wall Street when she worked for Goldman Sachs New York in roles across Securities and Investment Management. In the Goldman Sachs Chicago office Erin managed high-profile client relationships, totaling $3.6 billion in assets under management.
Erin earned a B.S. in Management Information Systems, magna cum laude, from Saint Louis University in 2003. She is a Board Member for America Needs You – Illinois and charitable volunteer for various causes.
