Bio
Erika Lerum is a Director for the National Retail Investment Group’s Chicago team. Her primary responsibilities include creation and coordination of marketing proposals, offering memorandums, brochures, market analysis, and graphic and web design.
Erika joined CBRE in April of 2016 as part of the NRIG-Chicago Team. Prior to joining CBRE Capital Markets, Erika worked in collegiate sports marketing implementing full-scale marketing campaigns and hosting live events.
Erika graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Corporate and Organizational Communications. Erika continues to enhance her knowledge of real estate and retail property markets in order to better serve her clients.
