Background Erika has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate with a focus on property management, working primarily on the ownership side. She oversees the management and operations for National Development’s commercial properties including capital improvements, tenant relations and budgeting. Erika has had the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial product types including residential, industrial, office and retail both nationally and internationally. She has been involved in the acquisition, management and repositioning of more than 25 million square feet during her career.
