Erik is a senior vice president at Kidder Mathews. He specializes in the sale of single and multi-tenant retail assets throughout the Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Erik worked in the Seattle office of Marcus & Millichap, where he earned several top selling agent awards.

Erik partners with Mike King to form an investment brokerage team. The team provides advisory services to their clients with a focus on single tenant net leased investments (NNN) and retail shopping center investments. They deploy a comprehensive marketing program to assist sellers in realizing their disposition goals. They systematically broadcast exclusively listed properties to a national audience of potential investors and cooperating brokers. Their clients include high net worth individuals, institutional investors, and developers. Since 2005, Erik & Mike have listed and sold single and multi-tenant commercial investment properties totaling over $1 billion in consideration.

Erik and his wife Kristin have two children and live north of Seattle in Edmonds, Washington. He and his family enjoy spending time in San Juan Islands and at the family cabin at Lake Chelan. Erik’s hobbies include snowboarding, cooking, and travel.
