ERIK HALTERMAN HAS OVER 15 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
Mr. Halterman is a Managing Director of Construction Management for Miramar’s commercial development projects. Prior to joining Miramar, Mr. Halterman worked as a general contractor and construction manager for a variety of commercial development projects in Northern California. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Halterman worked as a construction manager for Rockwood Capital.
Mr. Halterman received a Masters at Stanford University and an MBA from Wharton.
