Erik Hahn

Erik is responsible for identifying new multifamily development sites for the Company.

Prior to moving into this role, Erik was responsible for managing the entitlement phase of numerous multifamily developments at Continental that involved annexations, rezoning, and all aspects of permitting. Erik has a depth of experience in site analysis and land planning, and in balancing site constraints with overall development goals.
