Erik Clore

Erik is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and managing residential acquisitions in the Central U.S. He currently serves as Project Manager for a 2043-acre master planned community in Castle Rock, Colorado. Prior to Lowe, Erik was an Associate at JPMorgan Private Bank. He is a member of ULI and was selected to participate in the ULI NEXT program. Erik is a sports enthusiast and avid skier. In the winter, Erik dedicates much of his free time volunteering with the National Sports Center for the Disabled and Children’s Hospital of Colorado ski programs.
