Erica Stella

Erica Stella focuses on developing and executing asset management strategies for properties in various funds managed by The Hutensky Group and its affiliates. She works with our joint venture partners on property management, leasing, accounting and redevelopment execution for retail properties. As insurance manager, she coordinates, places and maintains the insurance coverage for the fund portfolios.

Ms. Stella holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from Post University in Waterbury, Connecticut, and she is a member of the ICSC. She holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation with the CCIM Institute.
