Erica Ithier is the Regional Marketing Director at our Washington D.C. office, bringing a wealth of experience with over 18 years in commercial real estate marketing. In her role, she spearheads the Mid-Atlantic marketing and design team, showcasing a remarkable proficiency in property brand marketing, business development, and corporate marketing and communications.

Her key responsibilities encompass the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns, tailored presentations for leasing teams, and customized approaches for clients. Erica plays a pivotal role in producing top-tier marketing collateral, including presentations, proposals, and property marketing campaigns that strategically position properties for long-term success in the market.

Erica’s expertise extends to overseeing the creation of diverse marketing materials, both in print and digital formats. These include brochures, signage, eblasts, rebranding efforts, videos, banners, oversized graphics, dimensional mailers, and advertisements. She adeptly manages the entire process, from conceptualization to design, approval, and production, collaborating seamlessly with asset managers, leasing agents, vendors, and property managers to ensure alignment with budgets, campaigns, and approvals.

Beyond the traditional scope, Erica’s role extends to event planning, orchestrating large-scale introductions or reintroductions of projects to the brokerage community and organizing smaller, targeted events to foster and maintain crucial relationships.

Prior to her role at Newmark, Erica served as a Regional Marketing Manager at Kettler, a prominent multifamily development, investment, and property management company. In this capacity, she led marketing efforts for new developments and acquisition assets, overseeing strategic marketing, branding, communications, and digital marketing initiatives for over 120 properties, including the leasing of 12,000 apartment units throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
