Eric Williford is a Vice President within CBRE's Advisory & Transaction line of business. He is based in Richmond, Virginia and specializes in office, healthcare, and flex real estate solutions. In this role, Eric works with local, regional and national tenants and landlords, helping them assess and execute their real estate strategies. His experience includes strategic marketing, site selection, property analysis, and project lease up, in addition to managing both sale and lease transactions.

In his current role, Eric is part of a corporate occupier team executing several global accounts by providing strategic consulting and transaction management services. He currently is executing projects in North America, APAC, and EMEA markets.

Eric provides value to his clients by leveraging the CBRE platform and resources to meet their needs, including project management, labor analytics, healthcare insurance analytics, and workplace strategy services. With a strong background in the healthcare field, Eric focuses on assisting healthcare clients with targeted solutions to their real estate needs. Prior to joining CBRE, Eric was part of a vital agency and tenant representation team at Colliers International | Richmond.
