Eric Williams is a Senior Managing Director in Newmark’s Miami office focused on the sale of institutional retail real estate. Williams, who has generated sales surpassing $9 billion in value over his career, advises clients nationally in their disposition efforts.

Williams is a key member of the Newmark Retail Capital Markets Group, which focuses on retail investment sales, recapitalizations and financings across North America.

Before joining Newmark, Williams held key positions with JLL, HFF and Cushman & Wakefield, focused on investment sales of retail properties throughout the Southeast U.S.

Williams obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University.
