Eric von Bluecher specializes in brokering multifamily real estate investments throughout Southern California since 2013. Eric’s family has had a presence in North San Diego since 1975 through Thoroughbred Racing at Del Mar. Eric has spent over half his life in North San Diego County, met his wife in Carlsbad and graduated from Cal State University San Marcos. He invests time and effort into continuing education, data and technology to benefit his clients, and is a contributing member to his local Encinitas, San Diego and Baja Norte community through local organizations: non-profits, local church, Boys and Girls Club and YMCA Adventure Guides. He is happily married to his wife of 16 years and has two awesome daughters. Eric frequents the beach and mountains with his girls in tow and travels as a family to Mexico and Europe whenever possible.
