Eric Tanjeloff

Mr. Tanjeloff is a Managing Director and Head of Real Estate at Melody. He is also a member of Melody's Investment Committee. Mr. Tanjeloff has over 20 years of experience in real estate finance and investing.

Prior to joining Melody, Mr. Tanjeloff was at CBRE, Inc. where he co-founded and was Senior Managing Director of CBRE Capital Advisors, the real estate finance and advisory division of CBRE. Mr. Tanjeloff was responsible for leading the origination, structuring and execution of capital markets and M&A transactions in the Americas, co-managed a team of 8 professionals in New York, and was a member of the firm's Global Hotel Advisory Board.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Tanjeloff was at JPMorgan in the Real Estate and Lodging Investments Banking division, most recently serving as Executive Director. Mr. Tanjeloff led the execution of some of the largest and most significant transactions in the real estate sector totaling over $100 billion in deal volume, and had responsibilities including direct lending, mergers & acquisitions, and debt and equity capital markets.

Mr. Tanjeloff holds a BS in Consumer Economics from Cornell University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
