Eric Robison leads the Capital Markets Group at Thalhimer. Mr. Robison is an expert in financial analysis and deals exclusively in the disposition of investment real estate, specializing in institutional grade office, industrial and retail properties. Recent clients represented include Parkway Properties, Liberty Property Trust, Berkadia Commercial Mortgage and LNR Property, LLC.

Eric’s team is the leading investment sales team in the region and has been involved in the most significant office and industrial transactions in the market over the past few years. In 2011 and 2012, the team represented Parkway Properties in the $34 million disposition of their Richmond, Virginia office portfolio and in 2011 the team sold Byrd Center, a 475,000 SF flex property to Adler Group for $26 million.

Prior to joining Thalhimer, Mr. Robison worked in Washington, D.C. as a senior consultant at Accenture, a leading global management consulting firm and as a manager of brand operations at Chelsea Property Group, now a Simon Company.
