Eric Paulsen is regional president of brokerage for Kidder Mathews, leading more than 120 professionals in four regional offices in Southern California and Arizona. Paulsen brings 33 years of commercial real estate experience. Eric’s responsibilities include supporting strategic business pursuits, growing the region through recruiting, promoting company culture, and client relationships in those markets.

Before joining Kidder Mathews, Eric served as CEO of Topside Real Estate — a commercial real estate firm. Before Topside, Eric was managing principal for Cushman & Wakefield’s Orange County and Inland Empire offices and led more than 180 professionals. Eric also served in multiple high-profile roles with Ten-X Commercial (formerly Auction.com), and he served 11 years as vice president responsible for acquisitions and dispositions nationwide with LNR Property Corporation. Prior to that, Eric was a vice president and successful investment sales broker with CBRE.

Over his three-decade career, he closed nearly $10 billion in assets across the nation in every product type, in addition to helping raise $1.25 billion for a development fund.
