Eric Marlin serves as the Executive Vice President of Capital Markets for Cottonwood Residential. He is responsible for raising equity for Cottonwood’s real estate investments and developing the marketing strategy. As part of this effort, Eric interfaces extensively with the community of Registered Representatives, Broker Dealers, and individual investors.
