As a member of the asset management team, Eric is responsible for overseeing the execution of the business plan for investments following acquisition, including overseeing development, marketing, leasing, operations, loan administration, and disposition. Eric has 20 years of industry experience and has been with the team since Long Wharf's founding in 2011.
