Eric Krawczyk

Vice President, Construction and Design.Eric has over twenty years of diversified real estate experience, including design, construction management and project management. Eric joined The Goldenberg Group in 2004 and is responsible for managing design, land development, permitting, construction and tenant fit-out for over 1.5 million square feet of new Goldenberg projects as well as rehabilitation, and renovations of existing assets. Eric’s most recent projects include Hamilton Crossings in Lower Macungie Township and Vantage, our Student Housing Project at Temple University. Prior to joining The Goldenberg Group, Eric was with Langan Engineering where he concentrated on site layout design from conceptual to final site approval including Columbus Commons, Whitman Square Shopping Center, The Shoppes at Upper Hanover, ParkWest Town Center and Exeter Commons for The Goldenberg Group. In that capacity Eric successfully designed multiple retail shopping center layouts for over 2 million square feet of space for projects for the Goldenberg Group.
