Bio
Eric Hines is a Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Jamestown. Since joining the company in 2014, he has managed retail, office, multifamily and mixed-use projects in Boston, Atlanta and South Florida. Currently his focus is on developing operating and redevelopment strategy for Jamestown’s grocery-anchored retail portfolio. Before joining the firm, Mr. Hines was Vice President, Acquisitions for Branch Properties where he was responsible for sourcing and underwriting value-add grocery-anchored retail product in the Southeast. Prior to that, Mr. Hines worked as an Asset Manager at LaSalle Investment Management where he was responsible for asset level strategy and performance of over $1.4 billion of office, retail, and industrial assets totaling over 2.9 million SF. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Leadership Studies from the University of Richmond and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University.
