Eric Hakim

Eric Hakim is a Senior Associate on the investment team with Sound Mark Partners. Mr. Hakim is responsible for originations, underwriting, due diligence, and asset management of debt and equity investments. Mr. Hakim joined Sound Mark from Case Real Estate Capital, where he focused on acquisitions and real estate debt investments. Prior to his time with Case Real Estate Capital, Eric was a quantitative analyst and derivatives trader for an equities & derivatives hedge fund. Mr. Hakim holds a M.S. in Finance and Real Estate Investment from New York University, where he graduated with highest honors, in addition to a B.A. in Finance and a B.A. in Business Administration from Muhlenberg College.
