Eric Gillman

Eric Gillman is a multi-market Senior Associate within the CBRE Tri-State Region Retail Services team. Mr. Gillman joined the firm in 2012 and is currently responsible for tenant representation, project leasing and investment sales. In 2017, he partnered with Adam Bass and Marissa Cosentino, forming a creative, cohesive and successful team. Collectively they serve as National Transaction Managers for OneMain Financial, in addition to representing many tenants and landlords across the Tri-state region.

Mr. Gillman utilizes CBRE’s unsurpassed Integrated Services divisions, such as Occupier Restructure & Disposition, Predictive Analytics, Project Management, Supply Chain & Logistics, Transaction Services Group and Valuation & Advisory, to better serve clients and develop new business.
