Eric Fleiss

Eric is Managing Director and CEO of Regent Properties. Eric develops and formalizes Regent’s constantly evolving investment strategy, sources and acquires acquisitions, and manages investor relations. Eric has acquired, developed and/or disposed of multiple real estate product types totaling over 11 million square feet of vertical product as well as 8,000 acres of land. He previously worked at the Westfield Corporation, Inc. where he focused on individual and portfolio property acquisitions, as well as development and property management projects. Eric began his career as a financial analyst in The Walt Disney Company's Corporate Strategic Planning Department. Eric is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Young Presidents’ Organization, and the Rand Corporation’s Policy Circle. He also serves on the board of directors of Fergus Reinsurance Limited, a Bermuda-based reinsurer and is on the boards of the Joseph Drown Foundation and the West Los Angeles BSA Scouts Council. He graduated magna cum laude with an AB in Economics from Harvard College, and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
