Eric Entringer

Vice President of Capital Markets & Investor Relations

Eric Entringer is Vice President of Capital Markets & Investor Relations for DIG. In this role, he is responsible for maintaining and expanding DIG’s debt and equity relationships and is involved in all acquisitions and dispositions. Since joining DIG, Eric has completed over $375 million of multifamily, office, flex, industrial, retail and hospitality investments/sales totaling 1.6 million square feet throughout Arizona, California, Nevada, and Texas.

 

Eric has over 20 years of experience in the real estate transactions market. Prior to joining DIG, Mr. Entringer worked for Ernst & Young (“EY”) as a Senior Vice President within their embedded investment bank, Ernst & Young Capital Advisors (“EYCA”). During his tenure with EYCA, Eric focused on equity placement for middle market real estate companies throughout the U.S. Prior to joining the real estate investment banking team, Eric was a Senior Manager within the Transaction Real Estate Group of EY. Eric has provided a variety of real estate transaction services during his career including raising debt and equity for real estate investments and companies; purchase and sales of real property; commercial real estate loan acquisition, disposition, and underwriting analyses; strategic advisory services; transaction due diligence; and real estate valuation across various asset types. Eric was with EY for a total of 12 years. Mr. Entringer was also the CFO of a vertically integrated real estate investment and development company based in Arizona. The company’s core asset types were multifamily and hospitality; the company also purchased, developed, and managed office, retail, and mixed-use properties. Eric’s responsibilities included acquisitions, dispositions, financial reporting & accounting, asset management, property management, and construction management. Eric has international real estate experience as well, having worked for Cerberus Capital Management in Frankfurt, Germany on the company’s distressed debt trading platform.

 

Eric holds a Master of Business Administration (“MBA”) and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Arizona. Eric is a Certified Public Accountant, holding a license in the states of Arizona and California. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson in Arizona. Eric enjoys spending time with his family, road biking, and playing golf.
