Bio
As Chief Investment Officer, Eric Draeger oversees Berkshire’s multifamily acquisitions, dispositions and debt capital markets teams. He also serves as Co-Chair of Berkshire’s Investment Committee. Eric has been with the company since 2010.
Eric has over two decades of experience in the multifamily real estate business. He previously spent 14 years with Berkshire Mortgage Finance, L.P., a former affiliate of Berkshire, as well as its successor, Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage, in several roles culminating with Chief Credit Officer for the latter.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Northwestern University.
