Eric Cornett

Eric is the President of Paramount Development Corporation and manages all operations of the company including oversight of new development projects, leasing, property management, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as financial and legal matters. Prior to joining Paramount in 2005, Eric was a corporate attorney in the Lexington, Kentucky office of Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC, a regional law firm with over 160 attorneys. During his six years with Greenebaum, Eric represented a wide array of clients and developed an expertise in general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and commercial real estate development. Eric earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Kentucky. Following his undergraduate studies, Eric continued his education at the University of Kentucky, earning a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Juris Doctor. Eric is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Kentucky Bar Association. In his spare time, Eric enjoys boating, playing golf, following UK basketball, and spending time with his wife and two children.
