Bio
Eric Cohen leads internal and external project teams through the entitlement, design, permitting, construction and lease-up phases of upscale multifamily developments in the New England and New York markets. Eric joined Toll Brothers Apartment Living in 2013 as an assistant project manager and is now responsible for management of divisional processes, oversight of due diligence efforts, project finances and execution strategies of multiple projects and regions.
Prior to joining Toll Brothers Apartment Living, Eric worked at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company as an electronics engineer where we he was primarily responsible for the research and design of satellite communication systems and payloads.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and an MBA from Rutgers University.
