Eric is an Associate, responsible for performing financial and market analysis, preparing offering memorandums, marketing transactions, and facilitating the due diligence process on multi-tenant and single-tenant retail investment sales transactions. Eric has 4 years of commercial real estate experience and has been involved in the sale of more than 40 shopping centers and single-tenant investments with an aggregate value of nearly $760 million. Prior to joining Colliers in 2022, Eric was an Analyst in the Orlando office of JLL Capital Markets for 2 years.
