Eran Singer, MAI, has over 17 years of real estate valuation and consulting experience, including appraisal reports and market analyses prepared for mortgage financing, acquisition/disposition, property assessment/tax appeal, estate planning, and purchase price allocation purposes. Valuation assignments have included all types of existing as well as proposed commercial properties including industrial, multiple-family residential, office, shopping centers, vacant land, and subdivision developments, as well as a variety of special purpose properties and mixed-use developments. Additionally, Mr. Singer has extensive experience in the appraisal of hotels and has appraised numerous hotel properties in his career.
