Enzennio Mallozzi serves as Managing Director, Investment Services– Stamford, CT. In this capacity, he leads the Investment Services Group, which includes the aqcuisition and disposition side of Office, Multifamily, Self-Storage and Land.Prior to joining Colliers, Mallozzi worked for Soundview Wealth Management as an investment advisor placing equity in large real estate syndications. Mallozzi also works as a principle, purchasing and developing various residential developments and repositions.
