During his association with Cushman & Wakefield, his transactions involved more than 11.5 million square feet (SqFt) within 17 different cities, encompassing 128 different buildings, additionally he participated in the acquisition or sale of 16 million SqFt of land sites in 13 cities involving over 40 transactions. He specialized in financial build-to-suit transactions and industrial investment sales.
