Enrique Huerta-Del Real

Mr. Huerta is a Co-Founder and Principal of Rockview Capital. He leads the firm’s acquisition, due diligence, and asset management activities and oversees all investments from acquisition to disposition. Prior to Rockview Capital, Mr. Huerta was the Director of Acquisitions at Clear Capital, LLC, a private equity firm specializing in multifamily real estate assets across the U.S. At Clear Capital, Mr. Huerta led more than $1.2B of investment transaction volume comprised of over 32 apartment communities totaling 5,438 units across six states. Mr. Huerta played a vital role in expanding Clear Capital’s platform into several new markets. His full-cycle investments for Clear Capital generated an Average IRR of 26.17% and an Equity Multiple of 1.72x across a ~2.5-year hold. Before Clear Capital, Mr. Huerta held several roles at multifamily real estate operators, including Next Wave Investors, The Grupe Company, and The Bascom Group. Mr. Huerta holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine. He is an active member of the Advisory Committee for the National Multifamily Housing Council.
