Bio
Enrique Huerta helps investors build wealth through real estate, with a focus on single family homes, multifamily apartments, and mobile home parks. Over the past decade, he has worked across the full lifecycle of real estate investing: sourcing, underwriting, acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions. His track record includes more than $1.2 billion in transactions across 6,000+ units and multiple full-cycle exits, spanning apartment communities and manufactured housing communities nationwide. That experience taught him how deals actually get done: direct relationships with owners, disciplined underwriting, and value-add business plans that get executed, not just modeled. Having sat on the buy side at the institutional level, he now brings that same lens to the investors and property owners he works with directly. Enrique has a particular focus on manufactured housing communities, an overlooked, recession-resistant asset class where operational expertise and owner relationships drive returns. He works with park owners exploring a sale and investors looking to enter or expand in the space. If you are curious about investing in multifamily or mobile home parks, or want a straight answer on what your property is worth and what your options are, his door is open. He is bilingual in English and Spanish. Enrique holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Irvine.
