Bio
Enny Nguyen joined Newmark's Student Housing group, based in Austin, TX, in 2020 as a Senior Marketing Coordinator. She is responsible for the overall coordination, collaboration, development, implementation and administration of various marketing programs, proposals and presentations. Her experience in the commercial real estate industry help to develop thorough and relevant client deliverables.
Prior to joining Newmark, Enny held positions at Transwestern, Avison Young, and Cushman & Wakefield with marketing responsibilities focused on tenant representation and landlord representation. She was recognized for her support role in the Agency Leasing and Tenant Rep Deal of the Year as well as her marketing role in the Team of the Year.
Education
Enny graduated from The University of Texas at Austin, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing from the McCombs School of Business.
