Ender began his real estate career in Toronto in 1985. He was one of the top 1% of realtors by sales volume in his first year, and increased his sales every year to the point of being ranked among the top 5 in homes sold on the Toronto Real Estate Board. His biggest source of business was repeat clients and their referrals.
